We are based in Andheri East, right at Marol Naka on the Maroshi Road. Our space is in Twin Complex Phase II, unit number 3. This is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We focus on commercial properties and business spaces. Most of our days are spent talking to other business owners who need a place to set up. It’s a lot of logistics and checking on office units. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate image. Our office is full of desks, coffee mugs, and piles of papers that we eventually get through. Being in Marol means we are close to everything, which is handy when we have to show a property. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell people what is available and what the rent or price looks like. Sometimes the traffic on Maroshi Road makes us late for meetings, but that is just life in this city. We try to keep things straightforward. If a space has a problem with the wiring or the plumbing, we say so. It’s better to be honest than to deal with complaints later. We've been in this building for some time now and we've seen many businesses come and go. We just keep doing our part to keep the local commercial scene moving.
