Our office is located at Gala No 39 in the Eagle Market, which is on 90 Feet Road in Sakinaka, Kurla. It’s a very crowded and active part of the city. If you know the area, you know there’s always something happening on 90 Feet Road. SYGMOS DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED works out of this small space. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us here trying to manage our development projects. The office is right in the middle of the market, so it’s very convenient for getting supplies or meeting people, even if it is a bit noisy with all the traffic outside. Most of our work involves looking at land and figuring out how to build on it. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and trying to get all the paperwork in order. We spend many hours each week just going through documents and checking on site progress. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes things get delayed because of stuff out of our control. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. We just rely on the work we do. Being in Sakinaka means we are close to a lot of our sites, which makes it easier to get around. We’ve been in Eagle Market for some time now and it suits the way we like to work—close to the ground and focused on the task at hand. We just do our daily work here.
