You can find us over at Gorai 2, near the Pragati School in Borivali West. We are in the Shramsafalya building, at D-8 on Plot No 194. It’s a busy little corner of the neighborhood. Being near a school means there are always kids and parents walking around in the afternoons. Sweet Knife Resto Private Limited isn't a massive chain or anything like that. It’s just our place where we handle the cooking and the cleaning. The kitchen gets pretty hot during the lunch rush. We have a few tables, and they are usually full of people from the nearby blocks. We try to keep the place tidy, but when it's busy, things get a bit chaotic. Our staff is just local folks who live nearby. We don't use fancy menus with pictures. It's just a list on the wall sometimes. The RSC 37 area is home to us. We’ve been here long enough that we know the faces of the regulars who come in. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media person. If the food is okay, people come back. That's the way it works for us. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the sink leaks, or we run out of napkins, but we fix it and keep going. It’s a real job for real people. We don't have much time for breaks when it's dinner time. We just keep our heads down and cook.
