You can find us at Ahinsa Tower, Shop No. 7, right on Ahinsa Marg in Malad West. We’re just off Chincholi Bunder Road, which is a busy area to be in. Our days are usually spent between the shop and various building sites nearby. Being builders and developers in Mumbai means there is never a dull moment. We deal with everything from the paperwork at the municipal office to the actual bricks and mortar on the ground. It’s a lot of juggling, and sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day. Our office is small and functional; we use it to meet with clients and go over floor plans. We aren't interested in being fancy; we just want to build homes and shops that people can actually use. Malad is a great place to work, even with the crowded roads and the noise. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, and we’ve had our part in some of those changes. There are always challenges, like getting materials through the narrow lanes or keeping things on schedule when the weather turns bad. But we’ve got a good crew who knows the drill. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our projects moving forward without too much trouble. It is hard work, but we are used to the grind.
