SWAMI SANKALP CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Swami Sankalp Constructions LLP has its office at Morya Estate on New Link Road. We are in unit 301, right opposite Infinity Mall in Andheri West. It is a very busy spot, especially on weekends when the mall gets crowded, but for us, it’s just where we come to work every morning. Morya Estate is a well-known commercial building around here, so it’s easy to give people directions when they want to visit. Our space is pretty standard for a construction firm. We have some desks, a small area for meetings, and piles of project folders and drawings. Most of our staff are usually out on-site, so the office can feel a bit empty during the middle of the day. We do all our planning and drawing here. It’s a good location because we can get to different parts of the city fairly quickly from the Link Road. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just our name on the door. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we’ve learned to be patient with the wait. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs well and keep our clients happy. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but that is just how the construction business goes in a place like Mumbai. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized.
