SUSTAINABUILD INFRA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Sustainabuild Infra Ventures Private Limited, and our office is in the Jaynagar building over in Malad West. Specifically, we’re in E Wing at Jankalyan Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential spot, which we actually prefer because it’s a lot quieter than being right on the main road. We focus on infrastructure projects, which sounds big, but it’s really just about building things that people need. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints, and there’s always someone on the phone trying to coordinate with a site manager. We started this company because we wanted to have our own way of handling construction and infra work. We aren't about big speeches or fancy logos. We just want to get the job done and make sure it’s done right. Being in Malad means we are close to a lot of the newer developments in Mumbai. Sometimes the work gets overwhelming, especially when we have several projects going at once, but we just take it one step at a time. We’re a small team, and we all know each other well. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just all pitch in where it’s needed. It’s honest, hard work, and we’re happy to be doing it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to stay on top of everything without too much fuss.
