Sushi And More India Private Limited is based out of 402 Shaniya Enclave. We are located on Vp Road in Vile Parle West. It is a nice area, right near the Lic Colony and Suresh Colony. Our office here is not a restaurant. It is where we handle the business side of things. We have a small kitchen setup nearby, but this is the main hub for us. Mumbai is a huge city, and Vile Parle is a great central spot for our logistics. We started this because we loved the idea of bringing sushi to more people in the city. It was not easy at first. We had to find the right ingredients and people who actually knew how to prepare them correctly. Now, we spend our days managing orders and making sure the fish is fresh every single morning. It is a lot of pressure because food has to be perfect. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing constantly. We do not have fancy furniture or decor. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a whiteboard with a lot of scribbles on it. We are not a massive chain; we feel more like a local kitchen. Every day is a bit of a scramble to get everything done on time for the customers. We worry about traffic and delivery times all day long. That is just the reality of the food business here.
