You will find Surbhi Urban Development Private Limited at Rm-12 on the first floor of Deepak Mahal. We are located on Shimpoli X Road, right across from the Mega Party Hall. It is a well-known spot in Borivali West, Mumbai 400092. The office is just a single room where our small team handles all our urban development projects. It is a functional space, not a fancy corporate suite. Being on the first floor is convenient, though the stairs can be a bit narrow. Since we are right opposite the party hall, things can get pretty loud when there is a celebration going on, but it is just part of being in Mumbai. We don't have a marketing department or a big PR team. We just do our work and handle the local paperwork that comes with development. The building, Deepak Mahal, is an older structure and it has a lot of character. We spend our days going through site plans and taking calls from different project sites. Borivali is a busy area and we are right in the heart of it. We try to keep our operations straightforward and don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. It is just a practical office where we focus on getting things built and staying on track with our schedules. We have been here for some time now and it feels like home.
