You can find Supramax Skills Private Limited over in Bhandup West. We are in the Dheeraj Dreams building, which is part of the old APL Mill Compound. It’s right on LBS Road. That road is always jammed with cars and buses, so getting here can be a bit of a trek sometimes. Our office is up on the sixteenth floor, room 1607 in building 4C. It’s quite high up, so at least we get a bit of a view away from the street noise. We focus on skills and training. It started because we saw a lot of folks needing better jobs but lacking the right practical experience. We aren't a big flashy company. We just have a few rooms where we set up our equipment and desks. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work. The building is quite large, so we often get lost in the hallways ourselves if we aren't careful. Being in Bhandup is good because it’s a hub of activity. We spend our days sorting out schedules and talking to people who want to improve their prospects. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and phone calls. It’s how we’ve always done it. There is usually a pile of registers on the main table and a couple of half-empty water bottles. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks one by one without making a big fuss about things.
