Stw E-Commerce Private Limited is located in Goregaon, right inside the Virwani Industrial Estate. Our unit is Gb 8, and we are quite close to the Western Express Highway. The traffic on the highway is always a mess, so getting to the office can be a bit of a challenge in the mornings. Being in an industrial estate means it’s not the quietest place. There are trucks moving and people working all around us. We handle e-commerce stuff, which mostly involves a lot of box moving and computer work. The office isn't fancy at all. We have some sturdy desks and a lot of shelves for inventory. Sometimes the dust from the industrial area gets in, so we have to clean the computers often. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a while. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation with fancy titles. We just want to make sure the orders go out on time. If there’s a problem, we sit down and talk it out until it’s fixed. Lunchtime usually involves getting something from the local canteens in the estate. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, especially during sales. We just keep at it because that’s what we do. We’ve been in Unit Gb 8 for a good while and it feels like home now. It’s a real, boots-on-the-ground kind of business here in Mumbai.
