Stardust Realty Llp is based out of the New Mahada Colony in Andheri East. We are located in Flat No. 610, which is in Building No. 15, called Mayuresh. Operating out of a residential building like this is pretty common here in Mumbai. It keeps us close to the actual neighborhoods we work in. Andheri East is a massive area with a lot of people moving in and out constantly. We handle the day-to-day tasks of real estate from this apartment. It’s mostly just files, some computers, and a pot of tea usually going. We aren't some big-name agency with a lot of polish. We are just local people who know the Mahada Colony and the surrounding streets. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people at different buildings to show them around. The paperwork is the biggest part of the job, and it takes up a lot of space on our desks. We don't have a corporate mission or anything like that. We just help people find homes and help owners sell their property without too much of a headache. The Mayuresh building is a decent place to work from. It gets a bit lively in the evenings when everyone comes home. We just do our work, keep things simple, and try to make sure the deals we handle go through properly. It’s a practical business for a busy part of Mumbai.
