If you ever find yourself walking through the Chakala MIDC area in Andheri East, you know how hectic it gets. We are right there in the middle of it at Central Road. Our space, F-11/12, is basically a hub for clothing exports. It’s loud, there are trucks everywhere, and it’s usually quite hot. We’ve been operating here for a while, and it feels like we know every corner of this industrial estate. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a tour, it’s where real labor happens. We deal with a lot of shipments going out, and the paperwork alone is enough to make your head spin. But that’s the reality of the garment business in Mumbai. Our team is pretty small, mostly local people who’ve been in the trade for years. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because the fabric and the machines take up all the room anyway. We just focus on getting the stitching right and making sure the counts are correct before the boxes get taped shut. There’s always someone running around looking for a missing invoice or a specific thread color. It’s messy, it’s fast-paced, and it’s exactly how we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the machines running and the clients satisfied with what we send over.
