Our office is tucked away in Lokhandwala Township, over in Kandivali East. We are in the Neighbourhood CHS Ltd building, specifically unit 3B-101. St Prithima Buildcon Private Limited is really just a group of us who have lived in Mumbai our whole lives. We know how tricky building anything in this city can be. Between the regulations and the lack of space, it’s always a challenge. We aren't some big, polished firm. Our office is a working space, often filled with half-finished plans and too many cups of tea. 400101 is our zip code, and we’ve spent a lot of time working on projects right here in Mumbai City. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate red tape. It’s not always easy, and there are days when the logistics feel like a nightmare, but we manage to pull it through. We’re just honest people trying to earn a living by building stuff. We don't have a PR team or any of that. If you want to talk to us, you just come by the apartment in Kandivali. We’ve seen the township change a lot over the years and we’ve been part of some of that. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and it’s home. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay on top of the details as best we can.
