You can find us over in Kandivali West, situated right in the middle of the Kandivali Industrial Estate. Our office is located at Shop Number 4 on the first floor of Plot Number 89/A-B. Being inside an industrial estate means there is always something going on around us. You can usually hear the sound of trucks moving or workshops nearby during the day. Our space is a bit tucked away, but it works perfectly for the kind of building and construction management we do. The 400067 zip code has been our base for a long time now. Mumbai is a very fast-paced place to run any kind of business, and Kandivali is certainly no exception to that rule. We spend a lot of our working hours looking over site plans or talking to different suppliers on the phone. It is not a very glamorous lifestyle, just a lot of hard work and making sure everything stays on schedule. The stairs up to our first-floor shop are a little narrow, but we are used to climbing them multiple times a day. We like being in this specific part of Mumbai because it keeps us very close to all the vendors we need. There is always someone coming in to drop off documents or talk about a new project.
