We are based right at the junction of 3rd and 4th Road in Khar West. Our office is in Simran Plaza, which puts us right in the middle of everything in this part of Mumbai. If you are looking for the place, we are basically right next to the Hotel Regal Enclave. It is a very busy area and the noise from the street usually comes right up to our floor. We spend our days dealing with the hospitality side of things, which involves a lot of coordination and making sure small details are sorted out. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and keyboards clicking. It is not a quiet environment, but it is a very active one. We have a small team here and most of us take the local train to get to work every day, which is just part of the routine of living in Mumbai. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby stall or a box brought from home. We do not have big meetings with fancy slides; we just talk to each other across the desks to get things done. The space is a little bit cramped because of all the files and folders we keep around, but it feels real and grounded. We know the security guard by his name and we see the same people every day. We just work here and do what is needed.
