Our office is located at Samir Kunj, right on Telli Gally Cross Lane in Andheri East. It is a pretty well-known spot if you live around here. We are on the third floor in room 301. Telli Gally is one of those narrow, busy lanes where there is always a lot of movement. We work in the realty sector, which basically means we spend our time helping people find spaces or selling acres of land. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. The building itself is an older one, but it works for us. We have our desks set up and spend most of our day there. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of files, but we keep it organized enough. Being in the 400069 area of Mumbai means we are close to the station, which is handy for everyone. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us trying to get things done. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, check our emails, and head out to see properties when we need to. The local tea seller downstairs knows us by name now. It’s a very local way of doing business. We handle the paperwork and the legal bits without making a big fuss about it. It’s just a regular office in a regular part of Andheri, which suits us just fine.
