Space India Builders And Developers Llp is located over on 16th Road in Khar West. We are right opposite the Bpm High School. If you know the area, it’s a very lively spot with all the school kids and parents around in the mornings and afternoons. Our office is in a building called Lokhit Kutir, on the first floor. Khar West is a busy part of Mumbai, and 16th Road always has something going on. We have been working out of this space for some time now. It’s not a very big office, but it works for us. We handle a lot of building and development tasks from here. The building, Lokhit Kutir, is an older structure but it’s kept up okay. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the lift, which can be slow sometimes. We have our desks crammed in, and there is usually a lot of noise coming from the street outside. We’ve gotten used to it though. We aren't the kind of company that has a polished corporate office. It’s more of a local workspace where we just get things done. We deal with architects, contractors, and all the usual people involved in construction. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do in Mumbai. We just try to keep things moving forward day by day and hope for the best.
