We are Space Group Builder & Developers Privatelimited. Our base is in Kurla West, right near B.K.C. which is always crowded. The office is at Maqsood Estate on C.S.T Road. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can be near Kismat Nagar. It’s a bit of a maze getting here sometimes. We’ve been operating from B-33/1 for a good while. Mumbai is a tough place for builders because space is so tight, but that’s the business we chose. We handle various construction and development tasks across the city. Most of our mornings start with a lot of noise from the street while we try to coordinate with our teams at different sites. It’s not a shiny glass tower office, just a practical space where we can store our files and meet people. We try to be honest about how long things take because Mumbai rain and permits always slow everything down. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to finish our projects without too many headaches. There is always something going on in Kurla, and being so close to the business district helps. We have a small group of regulars who work with us. It’s a lot of running around, but we are used to it by now. The tea stalls nearby are our main refuge during long afternoon meetings.
