Space Contractors LLP is located way up on the 10th floor. We are in Flat 1001, B2 Wing of the Serenity Complex. You can find us off Link Road in Andheri West, though the area technically touches Jogeshwari West too. Mumbai is a bit confusing like that. Being on the 10th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with project work to look out the window much. Maharashtra-400102 is a crowded area, but Serenity Complex is a decent spot to work from. We handle contracting work and it keeps us on our toes. The Link Road traffic is always a mess, so we try to get in early to beat the worst of it. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just us in this flat, making calls and checking blueprints. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon or business talk. We just say things as they are. The office is full of samples and site photos. Sometimes the elevators in the B2 wing take a while, but that is just life in a high-rise building. We have been part of the Andheri business scene for some time. We do not have a marketing team or anything polished. We just rely on the work we have done in the past. It is a simple setup in a big city. We just keep moving forward with the projects we have at Flat 1001.
