You can find us at Sonakshi Realtors LLP in Dahisar. We are based in the Sarita Co-op Housing Society, which is 14/B on Rustom Irani Marg. It is part of the Rustomjee Complex area. Dahisar is a bit further out than some other places, but it is a good spot to be. We are not a massive company with a hundred agents. It is just a small group of us in this office. We have been here long enough to see the buildings go up and the roads change. The society is a quiet enough place to work. We handle real estate stuff without a lot of fuss. We don’t use those slick sales lines or try to push people into things they don’t want. Mostly, we just listen to what people need and see if we can find it in our books. The office is a bit lived-in, with paper stacks and calendars everywhere. It is not a fancy showroom. We like it that way because it feels real. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just explaining things to someone who has never bought a flat before. We don’t mind the time it takes.
