Solitaire Caterers Private Limited operates out of Kandivali East. Our main office is number 1804 in Building No. 5, which is Sapphire Heights. It is inside the Lokhandwala Complex on Akurli Road. If you are familiar with Mumbai 400101, you know it is a big residential and commercial hub. We are up on the eighteenth floor, so we get a decent view of the surroundings, though we spend most of our time looking at our screens or talking on the phone. It is a practical space for us. We handle the catering business side of things from here. It is not a kitchen, just the place where we manage the logistics and the bookings. Sapphire Heights is a tall building and there is always someone coming or going in the lobby. We have been here for a bit and it feels like a good home for the company. We do not have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to make sure the events we handle go okay and that we keep our records straight. The morning commute on Akurli Road can be a bit of a nightmare with the traffic, but that is just living in Kandivali. We start early and usually stay late until everything is sorted. It is a simple life here at Solitaire Caterers, just doing the work and staying busy in our office while the city moves around us.
