Socialyse India Private Limited is located on the 24th floor of Commerz II, in Oberoi Garden City. Being in Goregaon East, specifically in the International Business Park, means we are in a fairly modern area of Mumbai. The view from this high up is actually quite something, especially during the monsoon when the clouds roll in. However, the office itself feels a lot more grounded. It’s just a workspace with a bunch of computers and people trying to make sense of the digital world. We spend a lot of time in meetings or just staring at data on our screens. It can be a bit tiring, but we’ve got a good group here. We don’t really go for the whole corporate polish, even if the building looks like it expects it. You’ll see us dressed pretty casually most days. We focus on the work rather than the appearance of it. Getting to the 24th floor can take a minute if the lifts are busy, but that’s just part of working in a big city. We’ve got a little pantry where we gather to complain about the commute or talk about what we’re doing over the weekend. It’s an honest environment. We’re just here to do a job and do it properly without a lot of fluff or empty talk. It’s a busy life in 400063.
