Our office is tucked away in Azaria Shailaja Apartments on Pali Hill. If you know Bandra, you know it’s a bit of a climb up the hill, but it’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We are at number 50. It’s an older building, but it has a certain character that we’ve grown to like over the time we’ve been here. We do technology work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time at our desks looking at code and fixing things. It’s not always glamorous, despite being in such a well-known neighborhood. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we have to deal with the usual Mumbai rain leaks, but we just get on with it. There’s a few of us here, and we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the projects. It’s a lived-in space, not one of those glass buildings you see in the business parks. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a real place. Usually, someone is bringing in snacks from one of the local shops down the road. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just try to build things that work and keep our clients from getting frustrated. It’s a small operation, and we like the independence of being here in West Bandra. It’s a good place to think and get things finished without too much noise from the city.
