Our place is located in the J B Metal Compound right on Saki Vihar Road. If you know Saki Naka, you know how the traffic can be around here. It is a busy industrial kind of area in Andheri East. We work out of this office every day, mostly dealing with property and real estate matters. The compound has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always something going on outside. It is not a very quiet area, but we have gotten used to the sound of trucks and cars passing by on the main road. Sntd Realty is just a small team of us working here. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking to people about different plots and buildings. The office itself is simple. We don't have big signs or anything flashy. It's just a functional space where we handle our business. Sometimes we walk down to the local shops for lunch when it isn't too hot outside. Mumbai City is always moving, and being in 400072 means we are right in the middle of that rush. We handle the paperwork and the meetings as they come. There is no big corporate mystery to it. We just show up, do the work, and try to stay on top of things. The Saki Naka metro station isn't too far, which helps some of us get to work. It's a decent spot for a realty office since everything is so accessible from here.
