Snackosophy Llp

We operate out of an apartment in Borivali West, near the MTNL tower. It’s flat 201 on the 19th road. It’s a residential area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We started this snack thing just to see where it would go. Now the whole living area is basically taken over by bags of ingredients and packing materials. We spend most of our afternoons sitting on stools, weighing out snacks and sealing the packets. It’s a small operation. Just a couple of people usually. We don't have a big storefront or a factory. It’s more like a home business that grew a bit too big for the kitchen. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many delivery bikes coming and going, so we try to keep things organized. The MTNL tower is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We have shelves lining the walls, full of jars and boxes. It’s not very professional looking, but it’s how we work. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything. We just wear whatever is comfortable for packing. It gets a bit dusty with all the dry snacks around, so we are always dusting things off. It’s just us doing our thing in a small flat in Borivali. There is no big mystery to it, we just pack things up and hope people like what they eat.
