Our company, Smlife Shreeji Developers Llp, is over in Borivali West. You can find us at the Star Trade Centre Chs Ltd, which is on Sodawala Lane, right near Chamunda Circle. We are on the 1st floor, in unit 12A. Borivali is a massive area, and Chamunda Circle is one of those spots that everyone knows. Working here means we are right in the thick of things. We focus on property development and building work around this side of the city. The office is a busy place where we’re usually surrounded by blueprints and phone calls from contractors. We aren't into the whole corporate polish; we’re just a group of people who know how to get things built. A lot of our time is spent navigating the busy streets of Borivali to check on our various project sites. It’s a lot of work to keep everything moving, especially with the monsoon and the general pace of Mumbai life. We just take things as they come and try to solve problems on the spot. Whether it’s dealing with a supplier delay or figuring out a design tweak, we just handle it. We’ve been in the Star Trade Centre for a while, and it’s a good base for us.
