SMCA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are SMCA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our place is at C-6 in the Parekh Industrial Estate, which is in Parekh Nagar. It is right off S.V. Road in Kandivali West. It is a very busy and noisy area with lots of trucks and workshops around us. We are a construction company, so we fit right in with the industrial vibe. We spend a lot of our time dealing with concrete, steel, and laborers. It is physical work and it can be very tiring. We don't have a fancy corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. Our space is functional and filled with tools and plans. We've been operating in Kandivali for a long time. We know the local suppliers and we know how the weather around here affects our work. We don't go in for marketing or big speeches about our values. We just show up and build things. Sometimes the projects are big and sometimes they are small. It doesn't really matter to us as long as the work is steady. We have had our share of problems over the years, like everyone else, but we just keep going. It is a tough business but we are used to it. We are just a group of people who know how to build and we stay focused on that. No frills, just bricks and mortar.
