We have our office over at Guru Nanak Apartments on Shankar Lane. It is in Kandivali West, which is usually quite busy during the day. Most of us get here early before the traffic on Shankar Lane really picks up. It is a local real estate setup, nothing fancy. We spend most of our time looking at files or heading out to meet people around the neighborhood. The building is one of those typical Mumbai societies where everyone knows each other. Being in the Bandra Suburban area, we see a lot of different people coming through. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs to the third floor. Working in realty means a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We try to keep things organized in our small space at C/306. It gets noisy outside with the honking, but that’s just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We've been in this spot for a bit now. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby where we grab a quick break. It isn't a massive corporate office, just a place where we get the work done. We deal with property stuff mostly. Some days are long, especially when we have to travel across the city.
