We have a few computers, some whiteboards that never seem to get fully erased, and a pile of notebooks that we really should organize better. We aren't fancy people. We don't use a lot of business jargon or have complicated hierarchies. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just grabs it and does it. It's a very straightforward way to operate. Andheri East is a bit of a hub, so there’s a lot of energy around us, which can be good when we’re feeling a bit sluggish in the afternoon. We often end up staying a bit late because the work just keeps coming, but we don't mind too much. We’re just a small team trying to stay on top of our responsibilities. We don't have a big PR person to write this, so it's just the truth of how we work. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to buy more printer paper, but we fix them and move on. It’s a real place with real people. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. Sometimes we go out for tea together when the weather is nice.
