Skill-O-Rama Foundation

We’re based in Vishnu Shivam Tower, right there on the Western Express Highway in Kandivali. If you’ve ever been to Thakur Village, you know how it is—lots of people, lots of noise, and everyone is always in a hurry. Our office is in the A wing at 2905. We spend our time working on skill development for people who need a break. Mumbai is a tough place if you don't have a specific skill. You can get lost in the crowd really easily. We try to teach things that actually matter in the real world. It’s not about theory from a textbook. It’s about being able to walk into a job and know what to do with your hands or a computer. We have folks coming in from all over the suburbs. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the equipment and people moving around, but that’s fine. We don't care much for fancy furniture or sounding smart. We just want the kids who come through our doors to leave with more confidence than they had before. It’s practical, everyday work. We see a lot of talent in these neighborhoods that just needs a bit of a push. The highway is always buzzing outside, and that’s the energy we have in here too. We’re just a small team trying to help the next generation find their way.
