Ska Asset Solutions Llp is based over in Borivali East. We are in Unit 303 at the Blue Rose Industrial Premises. It’s a classic Mumbai industrial building right near the Western Express Highway. Being near the Jaya petrol pump makes it easy to tell people how to find us, which is lucky because the highway traffic is usually a complete mess around here. The building has that old-school commercial feel to it, with wide hallways and heavy doors that stay shut to keep the dust out. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets along the walls. We deal with asset solutions, which mostly means we spend our time organizing things and checking data every morning. It’s not flashy work, but it needs to be done right or things get messy. The light in the office is okay during the day, but we usually keep the overheads on anyway. We share the floor with a few other small businesses, so there’s always people moving around in the hallway and chatting near the stairs. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We don’t go in for fancy decor or expensive coffee machines that we wouldn't use. We just have a kettle and some tea bags in the corner. Sometimes the noise from the highway gets a bit loud if the window is open, but it’s just part of life here. We’ve been here a while now.
