S.K. Heights Realty Private Limited

Our office for S.K. Heights Realty Private Limited is located at 001 in the basement of Vitthal Kunj CHS Ltd. It's right on V P Road in Andheri West. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot Mumbai afternoons, though we still need the air conditioning most of the time. The BMC Bank is just across from us, so there is always a lot of activity on the street outside. People are constantly walking by on their way to the station or the market. We spend most of our time here looking over property listings and chatting with people who stop in. It’s a small space, but it works for what we need to do. Sometimes the street noise from V P Road gets a bit loud, especially with all the horns and buses, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we get our work done. Most of us have been working in Andheri for years, so we know the shortcuts and the good places to grab a quick snack during lunch. We keep things pretty informal around here. No one wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things moving through the day.
