Sinduscons Private Limited is tucked away in the Jyoti Plaza building. We are in D 502, Arch 2, right on S V Road in Kandivali West. If you have ever driven down S V Road, you know how busy it gets. Being in Mumbai means we are right in the thick of it. The office is a typical commercial space where we handle all the consulting and project work. It is not a huge place, but it serves its purpose for our small team. We spend a lot of time looking over technical drawings and dealing with the city's paperwork. There is no corporate fluff here. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a lot of work to get through. The 400067 area is quite active, so there is always something happening right outside our door. Sometimes the elevators in the plaza are slow, but that is just part of the daily routine. We do not really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our projects come through people we have worked with before. It is a very hands-on business. We focus on the practical side of things. If we are in the office, we are usually busy with a deadline. It is an honest living and we just keep pushing forward with the next project on the list.
