We’re based in Kurla West, specifically at Mahananda Nagar CHS Ltd. Our office is C/401 in the C&D Wing. Being on New Mill Road means it’s always lively outside. SINCERPLUS INTERIOR PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call ourselves. It’s just a group of us who really like working on interiors. Mumbai can be a hectic place to run a business, but we manage. The building is a typical cooperative housing society setup. We aren't some high-rise corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a lived-in space. We have lots of catalogs and fabric swatches everywhere. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, but that’s just life in Kurla. We started SINCERPLUS INTERIOR PRIVATE LIMITED because we wanted to do things our own way. No fancy mission statements here. We just look at a space and try to figure out what fits. Kurla 400070 is a good central spot for us to reach different parts of the city. We spend a lot of time stuck in traffic, like everyone else in Mumbai. When we are actually in the office at C/401, we’re usually busy on the phone or sketching something out. It’s a practical way to work. We don't have a receptionist; we just answer the door ourselves. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it right here on New Mill Road. We just take the work as it comes and try to stay busy.
