We are based in the Aryabhatta Building over in the C.G. Compound. It's located in Kanjur Marg East. We actually share the space or are care of Evie Real Estate. It’s a bit of a functional area with a lot of buildings and compounds around. Working in Mumbai City means you get used to these industrial-style office blocks. Our specific spot is Shubhsneh Infraheights and we mostly handle infrastructure and height-related property matters, hence the name. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and get our work finished. Kanjur Marg has changed a lot lately with new developments, so there is always something new to see on the way to work. We have a few desks and some computers. Usually, it's just the sound of typing and some tea being made in the corner. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just handle the paperwork and the coordination that comes with being a private limited company in this sector. The Aryabhatta building is pretty sturdy and easy to find once you get into the compound. It’s a practical location for us. We deal with various people from across the city, but Kanjur Marg is our home base. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes but that is just how the business goes here. We keep our heads down and do the work.
