Shriswayam Cityscapes LLP

Shriswayam Cityscapes is based out of a small spot in Borivali West. We are located in Dr Ambekar Nagar, specifically in the CHS building along the New Link Road. If you are familiar with the Shimpoli area, you probably know the neighborhood. It’s a very local Mumbai setting, surrounded by shops and other residential buildings. Our office is on the ground floor, shop number six, so we see a lot of what’s happening on the street. It’s not a huge office, but it’s enough for what we need. We handle a lot of property matters and construction details from this one room. The New Link Road can get pretty packed, especially with all the new work going on in Borivali, so it’s always a bit loud outside. We usually have the fan going and some papers spread out over the table. It’s just the way we work, nothing too polished or formal. People from the nearby buildings often drop in just to ask about things. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a while now, and we’ve seen how the area has changed around us. We aren't trying to be some giant firm, we just do our work here in the neighborhood and keep things moving. It gets a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work somehow. That’s basically who we are.
