Shresth Seva Manav Seva Charitable Foundation

We are working out of Gala Number 2 at Solanki Enterprises on Old Nagardas Road in Andheri East. It is a busy industrial kind of area, not very pretty, but it’s where we get things done. Being in a gala means it’s a bit cramped and can get quite warm in the afternoons. There’s always the sound of machines or trucks moving nearby. We are just a small charitable group. We don't have a bunch of marketing people writing stories for us. We just focus on the human side of things. People in Andheri East work hard, and we try to work just as hard as them. Our space is filled with boxes and some old furniture. It isn't much to look at, but it’s our base. We started this because we saw a lot of people struggling in our own backyard. We don't have a grand plan to change the whole world; we just look at the street we are on and the people we see every day. If we can help one person, that’s a good day for us. We aren't looking for awards or fancy titles. We are just regular people who think that helping others is just something you should do if you can. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes, but we keep going anyway.
