We have been operating out of Malad West for a while now. Our office is right there in the Patel Shopping Centre on Sainath Road, at number 221. It is a busy spot and you can usually see a lot of people coming in and out of the shops all day long. Mostly we focus on our development projects around Mumbai City. It is just a small team of us here in the office. We spend a lot of time on site rather than sitting behind desks all day. Dealing with construction in a city like this is never really simple. There are always permits to sort out or materials that do not show up on time for one reason or another. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. The office is not anything fancy, just a place to get the paperwork done and meet with contractors. People know where to find us if they need to discuss a project or look at some plans. Sometimes the traffic on Sainath Road is a complete nightmare, but that is just Malad for you. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the last few years. More buildings are going up every single day and we just do our small part in that whole process. It is hard work but it keeps us very busy. We do not really do big advertising. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing our name.
