You can find us over in Malad East, specifically in the Pushpa Park area on Daftary Road. Our office is situated in B 902 of the Shree Vallabh Yog building. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood, which is always packed with people and activity. We’ve been running Shreenath Reality from this spot for a while now. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—functional and a bit tight, but it works for what we need to do. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-end decor. It’s mostly just desks covered in files and a small area where we can sit and talk with folks who come by. The building itself is quite busy, and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for the lift, which gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We know Malad very well, having seen it grow and change over the many years we’ve been here. Our day usually involves a lot of phone calls and sorting through property papers. We aren't trying to be a big, flashy company with a huge marketing budget. We’re just a small team of local people who understand the housing market in this part of the city. We keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can without making things overly complicated. It’s a plain, no-nonsense way of doing business, which seems to suit everyone just fine.
