SHREELANSHA CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re located in New Patankar Park, right on Station Road. Our office is F-206 in the CHS building there. Shreelansha Construction is an OPC, so it’s a pretty small, tight-knit operation. Being near the station means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and noise, but it makes it easy for us to get around. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we keep our tools, plans, and files. We spend most of our time out on-site anyway. Construction is a tough job, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. It's dusty, it's loud, and there’s always something that needs fixing. We just take it one day at a time. The local tea stall is our usual meeting spot when we need a break. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We like keeping things simple. We do the work, make sure the clients are okay with it, and move on to the next thing. It’s a practical way to run a business. Living and working in this part of town has its challenges, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It is just real work by local people.
