Shreeji Sharan and Arora Realtors LLP

Our office is over on Ashok Chakravarti Road, right across from Akurli Road in Kandivali East. It is room 101. Shreeji Sharan and Arora Realtors LLP is where we spend most of our time. Kandivali is always moving, and the junction outside can be a real headache with all the traffic. Still, it brings people in. We aren't some big multinational with shiny glass walls. It’s just a normal office where we sit and talk about houses or land. We have been here a while now and know the local streets pretty well. If someone asks about a building nearby, we usually have an answer. It is a small group of us here. We drink a lot of tea while looking at floor plans. The paperwork can be a lot, but that is just how the job goes. We don't use those big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know this part of Mumbai. You might have seen our sign if you were waiting for a rickshaw nearby. Sometimes we are out on site visits and the office stays quiet. Other days it is totally hectic. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. We just talk to people. Being near the station helps a lot. It is a straightforward business. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated for the families who come to see us.
