Shree Varma Construction Llp is based right here in Borivali West. Our office is a small shop, number 1A, on the ground floor of Trimurtikripa CHS. We are right at the Yogi Nagar Junction on Eksar Road, so there is always a lot of noise from the rickshaws and people walking by. It is a handy spot because everyone knows the junction, so nobody gets lost trying to find us. We mostly focus on construction work around this part of the city. There is always something being built or fixed in Borivali. Our desks are usually covered in site plans and half-empty cups of chai. We are not the type of people to sit in a big air-conditioned tower all day. Most of the time, we are out at the sites seeing how the cement is drying or if the materials arrived on time. The ground floor shop makes it easy for contractors to just pop in and chat. It is a busy life, and things do not always go according to plan, but that is just how the building trade is. We have lived and worked around here long enough to know how the local rules work. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. People usually find out about us because they saw one of our sites or heard from a neighbor. It is straightforward work for people who need things built right here in our own area.
