Our office is situated in Bhandup West, specifically in room 101 of the Shh Residency building. We are part of the Shiva Industrial Estate on Lake Road. This whole area is very industrial and busy, with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. It is definitely not a quiet spot, but it works for what we do at Shree S S Developers. The building itself is a bit older, and our office is a simple, practical room where we manage our construction and development work. We have been here for a long time and know the Lake Road area quite well. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of the traffic outside and the hum of the computers. We handle a lot of the backend work here, like dealing with contractors and keeping our files in order. It is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking on the site progress nearby. We don't have any fancy brochures or a corporate office vibe. We just show up every day, drink our tea, and get the work done. The 400078 area of Mumbai is always changing, and we are just happy to have a steady place to work from in the middle of it all. We keep our overhead low and our desks busy.
