You can find us in Mulund West. Our office is up on the ninth floor, Flat No B-903 to be exact, inside the Vikas Paradise building. We are part of the Ashford Corporation complex, which is a fairly well-known landmark in this part of Mumbai. Being high up gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops and the busy streets below. Mulund is a crowded place, but inside the office, it is usually just the sound of our computers and the occasional phone ringing. We’ve been operating from this apartment for a good bit of time. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and plenty of stacks of paper everywhere. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in Mumbai. We spend the day tracking projects and dealing with the typical paperwork that comes with development work. There isn't anything flashy about our office. It’s a functional space where we drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized. Sometimes the building gets busy with other residents and businesses, so there’s always something happening in the corridors. We find that being in a residential-style building keeps us connected to the neighborhood. It doesn't feel like a cold office block. We are just regular people working in a space that feels comfortable enough to spend the whole day in, making sure things are moving along as they should.
