Shree Hans Realtors Llp is based in Borivali West. We are on the ground floor of Mayur CHSL, specifically A-5. This is in Prem Nagar, along Sodawala Lane. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with lifts. It’s a local neighborhood vibe here in 400092. You see people walking their dogs or going to the market while we sit at our desks. The office is right there on the street level. We have been here for a bit and know the neighbors pretty well. Borivali is a crowded place but Sodawala Lane is a bit tucked away. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice. It’s just a simple room with some chairs and our computers. We don’t do big presentations. People just drop in to ask questions or sign things. It can get a bit dusty because of the road but we clean up every morning. We are just a small group of people working together. There isn't much to brag about, just honest work. We like the convenience of being in this part of Mumbai City. It’s easy for us to get to work and easy for people to find us. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen and paper and some basic tech. That’s how we like it. Our name is on the door and we just take one day at a time here. It's a modest place but it works for us.
