SHIVRAYA INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of Room No 2 in the Devki Mishra Chawl, located in Bhatwadi, Ghatkopar West. This is a very traditional part of Mumbai, and the streets are always full of life. Shivraya Infratech is a small business, and being in a chawl means we are right in the middle of the community. It is not a fancy office by any means. It is just a single room where we manage all our construction and infrastructure work. The lanes in Bhatwadi can be quite narrow, so you have to know your way around to find us. We have been here for a long time, and we know all our neighbors. There is a lot of noise from the street, children playing, and people going about their daily lives, but we find it keeps us grounded. We don't have air conditioning or glass partitions. We just have our desks, our files, and a lot of hard work. During the monsoon, the water can be a bit of a problem on the streets, but we just manage like everyone else does. We handle local contracts and help out with building repairs and small projects. It is a humble place to work, but it suits us just fine. We believe in doing a good day's work and staying true to our roots in Ghatkopar. There is a sense of belonging here that you just don't get in a big office tower.
