We are located in A Wing of Sierra Towers, Building No. 14, in the Lokhandwala Complex area of Kandivali East. Our office is on the fourth floor, rooms 403 and 404. It’s a busy building in a very active part of Mumbai. Being builders and developers here means we are always dealing with the fast pace of the city. The office is where we do all the coordinating. It’s filled with maps of the area and various architectural drawings. We don't have a fancy corporate vibe. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and try to figure out how to solve the latest problem on a site. Kandivali East is a good place to be based because it's right in the middle of where a lot of people are looking for homes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and municipal people. Sometimes the office is quiet when everyone is out on site visits, and other times it’s packed with people talking at once. We just do our work as developers without making a big fuss about it. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We are just local builders who know the Akurli Road area well and have been working from these towers for a while now. It’s a lot of hard work, but we just keep at it.
