SHIVAAY BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP

We are Shivaay Builders and Developers LLP. Our office is right here in Chembur 08, just opposite Navjivan Society. It's in Best Chawl No 2 on R C Marg. We’ve been around this part of Mumbai for a while now. Most days you’ll find us busy with paperwork or out at a site checking how the brickwork is coming along. It’s a small office but we get the job done. Chembur is a busy place and there’s always something needing to be built or fixed. We focus on local development projects in the city. People know us around here because we’re just regular folks working in construction. Sometimes the traffic on R C Marg makes getting to the office a bit of a headache but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We don't have any fancy showroom, just our desk and our files in the chawl. If you are walking past Navjivan Society you will see where we are. We handle the usual building stuff, dealing with contractors and making sure the supplies show up on time. It's not glamorous work but it is honest. We mostly stick to projects within Mumbai-Mumbai City. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep working on whatever project is next on the list. That is pretty much who we are and what we do every day. No big fancy promises, just bricks and cement.
