We're over here at Mhatre House on Mhatre Cross Lane, right off Dattapada Road. Most people know the spot because it’s a bit tucked away in Borivali East, but once you find the lane, it’s easy. Shivaanshassets Private Limited has been running out of this office for a while now. It isn't a huge fancy place with glass walls or anything, just where we keep our paperwork and meet folks who stop by to talk. We handle asset stuff, mostly looking at local properties and helping people figure out what to do with their land or investments. It gets pretty busy around here during the day. Sometimes the traffic on Dattapada Road makes it a bit of a headache to get in, but we're usually at our desks by nine. We don't really do the big flashy ads you see from the giant firms. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and trying to keep things organized. If you're walking down the lane, you'll see the sign on the door. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's close to everything we need. Most of our work is right here in the neighborhood, so being in Mhatre House makes sense for us. We just take things one day at a time, looking through files and talking to the regulars. It's not a complicated operation, but it keeps us on our toes. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a deed or a plot. We just try to give them a straight answer without making it sound more difficult than it actually is.
