Walking down P.K. Road in Mulund West, you’ll find us in Marathon Chambers. Our office is number 501. Shiv Sharan Realty LLP has been around for a bit, mostly just handling the day-to-day property stuff that comes our way. The area is pretty busy and the traffic noise never really stops, but we like it here. It's not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything. We just have our desks and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so you might have to wait a minute. We're just normal people trying to help out with real estate. People from the neighborhood drop in to ask about prices or new buildings. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of what we do is just talking to folks and seeing what fits. It’s a practical way to work. The tea shop nearby is where we usually get our afternoon break. We’ve seen Mulund change quite a bit over the years. Some new towers went up, others stayed the same. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use any of those big sales pitches. If you need to find us, just look for the Marathon Chambers sign. We are usually here at our desks, working through the files. It's just a regular local business, nothing more than that. We just do our job and go home.
